| BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS |
| 2006 "PASTURE to PURPLE" Sale, May 30th, 2006 |
| -All initial bids MUST be made in person or by phone on or before Tuesday evening (dusk), May30th, 2006. |
|
-Bidding increments are as
follows: Calves $2,000 and below: $100 bids Calves $2,000 and above: $250 bids |
| -Cattle may be viewed until dark on Tuesday evening. |
| -Alternate calf numbers that you may be bidding on must be turned in by Tuesday evening, May 30th. |
| -Calves will be sold as quickly as time allows. |
| -A purchase agreement will be mailed to each buyer following the sale. NO MONEY is required down unless the buyer chooses to do so, HOWEVER, the purchase agreement must be signed immediately after the conclusion of the sale. Brad Hook reserves the right to refuse bid acceptance. Failure to honor purchase contract will result in legal action. |
| -Calves may be picked up anytime, but NO LATER than the end of September. Payment in full is due at this time. If calves are NOT picked up in September a $5.00/day boarding fee will be charged. |
